In Kenya, getting a drone license is pretty pricey compared to other countries since they try to limit the number of people who can have it but it's not impossible. It just requires a few steps outlined below.
Enroll in KCAA approved training

2. Register your drone
If you already have a drone this would be a good time to register it as you might be fined later if you have a drone license but flying an unregistered drone.
3. Apply for a remote piloting license (RPL)
Once you pass your exam, you can apply for a RPL via the KCAA website. Pay the required fee and adhere to drone usage rules set by KCAA.
POINTS TO NOTE:
- You must renew your license yearly.
- You can't fly in game parks and reserves.
- Some places like airports and town are restricted and might require extra permits to fly.
